Brits aboard sunken Indonesia tourist boat
Fifteen people have been confirmed missing after a boat sunk off the coast of Eastern Indonesia, according to reports.
Ten people have been rescued after the boat sunk off Sumbawa between Lombok and the Komodo Island – including two Brits – but a further 10 foreign tourists and five Indonesian crew are still missing.
The UK Foreign Office confirmed two British nationals have been hospitalised following the incident.
Lombok is a popular holiday spot, attracting thousands of tourists each year.
The tour company operating the boat, said it likely encountered stormy weather.
