Blue1, the Finnish airline member of the SAS Group, is doubling its services to Helsinki from London Heathrow with a second daily flight added to its existing schedule.  Starting 26 April 2010, the additional service has been introduced to enable business travellers to utilise a full working day in Helsinki with convenient departure and return times. To help launch the added frequency, Blue1 is offering 10% discount on Economy Extra fares on its direct flights to Helsinki from 15 April to 15 July 2010.

Economy Extra is a new way of travelling for business travellers who benefit from business class check-in facilities and fully flexible fares with no restrictions. Economy Extra passengers are seated in a dedicated area between the business and economy sections and receive a complimentary meal with drinks. They are also eligible to earn frequent flyers points. The offer is valid for booking and travel between 15 April and 15 July 2010.
