Avis today announces the launch of its newly refurbished location at London Heathrow. With a number of additional benefits including an extra exit lane for a speedier onward journey and undercover parking spaces, the revamp demonstrates Avis’ commitment to improving the customer experience.
A number of benefits have also been added for Avis Preferred members. The scheme entitles loyal customers to exclusive service at Avis branches, a dedicated telephone membership service, as well as Avis’ priority service where customers can reduce waiting time and receive their keys and rental agreement immediately at selected Avis branches. Avis Preferred customers arriving at London Heathrow can now enjoy convenient undercover parking spaces so that they can jump in their car and get on their way, whether it’s to a business meeting or a holiday destination, cutting the time it takes to get from the plane to the car.
All Avis customers will enjoy improved accessibility and a speedier onward journey with the addition of an extra exit lane, saving valuable minutes on their travel time. Other benefits at the new location include plasma screens to display car location information and point-of-service screens on the buses which transfer customers from Heathrow terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the Avis location.
