Avis to waive Non-cancellation fee during the volcanic ash cloud

Avis is committed to fulfilling the travel needs of all UK customers affected by the disruption and so any car rental bookings that have been pre-paid and are due to be collected during the affected period will also be fully reimbursed.

During this time, customers are asked if possible to cancel their booking as soon as they find out they will be unable to collect their hire car. *this non-cancellation fee is applied by an automatic IT system, so any customers that are charged can claim a refund via customer services.
