Arriva welcomes latest independent rail passenger satisfaction research

Latest independent research has revealed that passenger satisfaction at Arriva’s UK train operations has improved with one of the group’s businesses achieving the position of the UK’s highest passenger-rated train operator.

Results of the latest National Rail Passenger Survey, released by Passenger Focus, show that for the second year running Arriva’s Grand Central open access rail business is the highest rated operator. Some 96 per of customers said they were satisfied with the company’s services which link London with Yorkshire and the north east of England.

Arriva’s four other rail businesses - Arriva Trains Wales, Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry and London Overground (LOROL) - have also seen welcome improvements in overall passenger satisfaction.
