“Andrew has been at the heart of the team that restructured Allegiant starting in 2001 and brought it to its current level of success. Andrew has always been a thought leader, but over the years he has shown a knack for personnel leadership, developing excellent planning, financial and, more recently, operational teams. He is fully ready to assume his new responsibilities as President and to help drive the next stage in the development of the company,” said Mr. Gallagher.

“I am very pleased to add to my role at Allegiant,” said Mr. Levy. “I have great expectations for what we can accomplish and look forward to working with our incredible team of employees to continue to build our truly unique company. “

Mr. Levy has served as an officer of Allegiant since June 2001 and was elected to the post of Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. In his new role, he will now assume responsibility for all sales and marketing initiatives in addition to current responsibilities that include planning, pricing, scheduling, in-flight and station operations.

Allegiant further announces that Montie R. Brewer has been elected to the Allegiant Travel Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Brewer served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Air Canada, a subsidiary of Ace Aviation Holdings Inc. until April 1, 2009. Prior to Air Canada, Mr. Brewer served as Senior Vice President of Planning at United Airlines. Mr. Brewer’s airline experience includes work with Northwest Airlines, Republic Airlines, Braniff and Trans World Airlines. He has planned and developed more than 20 hub operations worldwide and managed low cost airline operations as President of Shuttle by United.

“We are fortunate to be able to add one of the foremost strategists in the airline industry to our board,” Gallagher stated. “Montie Brewer, who I have known professionally for over two decades, is particularly noted for his command of airline revenue models and for mentoring a generation of airline planning personnel. Under his leadership, Air Canada became the clear North American leader in pricing innovation and at United, Montie was instrumental in creating the Star Alliance. I could not be more pleased that Montie has agreed to join our Board.”
