Amadeus takes Advantage Focus Partnership role

Amadeus has today announced its appointment as Advantage Focus Partnership’s recommended technology partner for the consortium’s members serving the business community throughout the United Kingdom.

Over the past few months, Amadeus and Advantage have invested time in exploring how smarter technology can benefit the travel organisation’s members who provide travel management services to clients throughout the UK.

A key focus for the two organisations was to understand how the latest technology could be employed in innovative ways to enhance efficiency, lower operating costs and boost customer loyalty.

Amadeus hosted a visit of Advantage Focus’ Technology Panel to its global software development centre in Nice, France.

Through a series of presentations, workshops and hands-on demonstrations, the two companies were able to explore current trends in business travel and how technology is becoming increasingly embedded into the business of pre-trip planning and research, the travel experience and the post-trip reporting and analysis.
