As General Manager, Kay is looking forward to revitalising the leisure facilities at Aldwark Manor Golf and Spa Hotel. With a new Bar and Restaurant Manager already in place, and plans to relaunch the brasserie and spa menus, Kay is already making her mark.

Speaking about her new role, Kay said: “I’m so excited to be working at such a beautiful hotel with such amazing facilities. The large spa and golf course, with the River Ure running through it, present a fantastic opportunity for me to really show off these great assets. It’s a privilege to be able to showcase the personality of Aldwark Manor Golf and Spa Hotel.”

Kay has an unrivalled breadth and depth of experience. Having worked for Best Western, Macdonald Hotels and a number of independent four-star hotels in similar roles, she brings with her a great reputation and understanding of the commercial business.
