airberlin has launched its full content website in thai language which provides convenient access to online functions such as flight bookings, online check-in, flight status information, travel information for Europe bound travellers and much more.

Thai users can also sign up to for the airberlin newsletter with great offers and useful information. The German carrier is the very first Central European airline to offer its website in Thai language.

airberlin’s General Manager in Thailand, Mr. Stefan Magiera, commented : “The Thai market has always been of great importance to airberlin and we are doing extremely well. With the new website, we are now able to better serve the fast growing group of Thai passengers on our flights. This unique product will make airberlin even more attractive for our customers in Thailand”.

Mr. Magiera went on that the airline does not only offer daily flights but additionally a dense route network within Europe and code share flights with its partner Bangkok Airways from Bangkok from various cities in Thailand. The airline’s General Manager also announced a special TITF fare to many European destinations like Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Stockholm or Frankfurt from only THB 14,900 excluding taxes and fees. The travel period is in May and June. Tickets can be booked during the TITF fare (24-27 February 2011) at the airberlin booth PC 184/201 in Plenary Hall at the Queen Sirikit National Convention center, at airberlin’s town office on Silom road or at any travel agent in Thailand.
