airBaltic supervisory board extends contract with CEO Martin Gauss

The Supervisory Board of Latvian national airline airBaltic and CEO Martin Gauss have mutually agreed to extend his contract as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board until 31 March 2014.

Martin Gauss joined airBaltic as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board on 1 November 2011, initially based on a twelve-month term.

The executive board of airBaltic consists of three members. Chief Executive Officer Martin Gauss is the Chairman of the Board. This week, the new Chief Operations Officer Martin Sedlacky joined Chief Finance Officer Vitolds Jakovļevs as a member of the Board.
