Air France boosts services to Abidjan, Ivory Coast

Air France has confirmed it will serve Abidjan, in the Ivory Coast, with weekly flights during the upcoming winter season.

From October 26th until March 28th 2015, the airline will operate three of the flights with an Airbus A380, while the remaining four will see a Boeing 777-300 take up the route.

AF702 will leave Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 13:45, arriving in Abidjan at 19:10, while the return AF703 will leaves Abidjan at 23:25, arriving back in Paris at 06:40 the following day.

With a strong level of growth, the Côte d’Ivoire aims to become the main hub and gateway to West Africa, a market representing over 300 million inhabitants.

The Air France A380 has 516 seats in four cabin classes: nine seats in La Première, 80 seats in Business, 38 seats in Premium Economy and 389 seats in Economy.
