In order to improve the service on the flights from Beijing to London, Air China has introduced the Fast Track immigration service at Heathrow Airport.

First and Business Class passengers and PhoenixMiles Platinum members can now head to the specified location carrying the sign “FAST TRACK”, where they should produce their valid credentials to qualify for the service.

For the time being, the service is not applicable to groups.

And only the VIP passengers who do not hold the passports of the United Kingdom or any other EU countries qualify.
