Agoda.com, Asia’s global hotel booking site and part of the Nasdaq-listed Priceline.com Inc. (Nasdaq: PCLN), today announced a partnership with hotel channel manager YieldPlanet.com.
YieldPlanet.com, an online tool created by German company, GTH Solutions, facilitates easy inventory and revenue management for hotel clients across Europe. Offering hoteliers an efficient way of distributing their properties across multiple channels, YieldPlanet.com’s hotel partners include the Accor chain and the NH Hotels brand, in addition to hundreds of boutique properties across Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Sweden, and Romania.
Hotels that currently use Yieldplanet.com can add Agoda.com to their distribution channels and enjoy immediate global exposure through Agoda.com’s multilingual sites. Agoda.com currently has websites in 32 different languages, including Japanese, Korean, simplified and traditional Chinese, Russian, Hebrew, and Arabic. These multilingual sites give hotels access to a wide customer demographic and provide YieldPlanet.com’s European hotel partners with valuable reach into Asia-Pacific markets.
Hotels that partner with Agoda.com can also enjoy access to the custom-built Yield Control System (YCS 3.0). By partnering with Agoda.com, hotels can have their promotions marketed to a database of more than 2 million members via Agoda.com’s targeted email newsletters. If they choose, hotels can also use the YCS to update their hotel’s page across Agoda.com’s multilingual web sites to tailor different promotions for different storefronts and demographics.
