Next year’s finalist will be picked by the entertainment team and be announced on Princess Cruises social networking sites where users will be able to view videos of their performances before the big event. After the week-long set of performances, the winner will be announced and awarded with a $5,000 cash prize.

Evolution of cruise entertainment
Entertainment on cruise ships has come a long way since the original cruise liners trawled the oceans. Dining each night used to considered an ‘entertainment event’ in itself, where everyone would dress in tuxedos, every night, followed by ballroom dancing or quartet music.
