Travel broadcaster Phil Blizzard discovers a veritable choice of flavours for New Year’s Eve. The Blue Elephant, Rodeo Grill and Choices Restaurant are set to see in 2015 with a Choice of global cuisine.

Starting with Choices Restaurant a mouthwatering seafood buffet is the theme for their guests to enjoy as they get ready to see in the New Year. Expect a tantalising array with oysters, crab legs, fresh fish display, lobster tails, mussels, sushi and sashimi, along with live pasta and meat carvery stations! If you able to devour anything else after all that you can finish with a sumptuous dessert buffet. This will include the hotel’s renowned and specially prepared ‘liv’ ice cream teppanyaki as well their chocolate fountain. To complement the cuisine and to ring in the New Year the restaurant will feature live entertainment. 

Across the lobby one of Dubai’s longest established steakhouses, The Rodeo Grill will be serving culinary masterpieces from the special a la carte menu in the most exquisite surroundings. Whilst Thailand’s most famous international restaurant the Blue Elephant,  along with Benihana will welcome in the New Year in Asia Mega Style as they join together. Guest will be able to enjoy their renowned specialties from sushi, makis, temaki, sashimi’s to spring rolls, dim sums, live Peking duck as well as stir fry stations! A rich dessert buffet and live entertainment will make it a great New Year’s Eve dinner.
