Alpine Action Mark 20 Years of ABTA & ATOL Protected Holidays to Meribel & La Tania

Alpine Action, one of the most established and longest serving Tour Operators providing fully catered chalet accommodation in the Three Valleys ski area of France this year celebrate their 20th Season of providing fully bonded holidays.

The company, founded with one chalet in 1993 by Managing Director Dennis Heasman, now offers a choice of 11 chalets and a self catered apartment in Meribel (http://www.alpineaction.co.uk/chalets-meribel.htm) and neighbouring resort La Tania in Courchevel. Alpine Action has been offering fully protected holidays from their first season.  ABTA Y5435 ATOL 3292 and AITO 5007 accredited to their name.  Alpine Action continues to provide an outstanding service that keeps holidaymakers coming back year after year, as Sales and Marketing Director Dionne Heasman explains;

“The company has changed and grown a lot in its 20 years but we’ve always remained committed to providing an excellent service both from our UK office, through to our experienced Resort Management team and committed chalet staff. Our customers obviously appreciate this level of commitment as last year over 60% of our business came from returning customers.”

All of the Alpine Action team have either lived or regularly holiday in Meribel (http://www.alpineaction.co.uk/resort-meribel.htm) and La Tania (http://www.alpineaction.co.uk/resort-la-tania.htm) and know the resorts inside out. Dionne Heasman herself has personally worked as a chalet girl and resort manager prior to taking on her current UK based role;

In the age of online bookings we are still providing a very personal service. We don’t only know our own chalets inside out but can advise our clients on everything, its exact location and the suitability for your group. How to book and choose a ski school, where is best to ski or how to holiday with children of all ages and of course the best places in town to eat and drink. I believe our own personal experiences really set us apart, you just wouldn’t get that kind of knowledge or information from one of the larger tour operators.”

Over 2200 holidaymakers book their holidays with Alpine Action each season, making them one of the busiest Fully Bonded Independent Tour Operators to the area.

Every Alpine Action chalet is offered fully catered so guests enjoy a hearty breakfast, freshly baked afternoon tea and a 4 course evening meal prepared by your chalet couple and served in the chalet. As standard all chalets feature – Free WIFI, Freeview TV, boot heaters, DVD players, ipod docking stations and a selection of games – many also feature hot tubs and saunas.
