CSR can make a significant contribution towards sustainability and competitiveness, especially as a growing number of holiday makers prefer to book tours which meet high levels of social and ecological standards.

The three-day workshop will take place in Sri Lanka and Thailand at hotels with strong CSR policies. The practice-based programme will include on-site visits, presentations and discussions with local and international experts on CSR for tour operators.
