Four days’ long, the fair site in Essen was, for the first time, the meeting place for specialists from hotels, gastronomy and canteen catering. 310 exhibitors presented their products and service at the trade fair which has been set up with a new concept after its relocation from Düsseldorf. The new concept, based on the four exhibition sections “Food, Beverages + Semi-Luxury Goods”, “Technology, Appliances + Systems”, “Ambience, Design + Equipment” as well as “Services” has assured.
