By improving accessibility you are making your business more attractive to 15% of the world’s population (WHO, 2016) who live with some form of disability, plus others with access needs based on temporary illnesses, age, size or having young children. Disabled travellers travel regularly, stay longer on average, are often accompanied and spend more per trip. With populations ageing rapidly this number will only rise.
