The BodyHoliday at LeSPORT, St. Lucia, has received a prestigious 2004 Crystal Award from Luxury SpaFinder magazine. This is the second year running that the publication's readers have voted the hotel Best in the Caribbean/Central America/South America. Just five regional awards are presented, representing spas worldwide. In addition, The BodyHoliday was named to the top ten in five of the fourteen Category Awards. Results were announced in the November/December issue.
The magazine's readers said they "wholeheartedly recommend" the BodyHoliday for its "fabulous treatments, classes and food," and that "the staff's enthusiasm is infectious."
In addition to the Crystal Award, Luxury SpaFinder readers voted The BodyHoliday to the top ten list in five categories: Best Fitness Program, Best for Going Solo, Most Romantic, Best Spa Cuisine and Best for Water Sports.
The hotel also was cited this month by readers of the UK edition of Condé Nast Traveller as one of the top ten 'Overseas Hotel Spas'-#1 in the Caribbean-and as one of the top ten 'Overseas Leisure Hotels - The Americas & Caribbean.'
